What's the difference between virtual and in-person delivery?

Both formats cover the exact same content and learning outcomes. Virtual delivery is spread over 4-6 weeks with weekly sessions, while in-person is an intensive 2-day experience. Choose based on your schedule and learning preference.

Can I take a single module before committing to the full program?

Yes! We offer a "Try Before You Commit" option at $250 per module. If you decide to enroll in the full Level 1 program, your $250 investment is fully credited.

Do I need to complete Level 1 before Level 2?

We strongly recommend completing Level 1 first, as Level 2 builds on those foundational skills. However, if you have equivalent people leadership experience, you may be eligible to start with Level 2. Contact us to discuss your background.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card, bank transfer, and can arrange invoicing for organizations. Payment details will be provided after you enroll. Contact us for specific payment arrangements.

Where are the in-person sessions held?

In-person sessions are available across all Australian states. We also offer onsite delivery for organizations. Virtual sessions are available globally via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

What assessments are included in the programs?

Level 1 includes DISC personality assessment and Fit Factors motivation assessment. Additional assessments like CliftonStrengths are available as optional add-ons.
